Delivery times for my inhus?

Between 4/6 weeks from date of order and receipt of deposit.

Do I require planning?

Normally no, however check our inhus planning page to confirm.

How big / small can my inhus be?

inhus is a modular design, changes can be made easily without distracting from the integrity, design and quality.

What kind of base will I need ?

Depending on model of choice, you will require a level concrete base, however we can use concrete piles with pads or environmentally friendly wooden piling that last up to 30 years.

Electrics?

All inhus models are complete with double sockets, telephone and network cables, you are required to instruct a certified electrician to connect mains input to the inhus exterior junction box.

The installation process?

Your inhus can be fitted within 2 to 5 days, we will require access details and site information this facilitates a trouble free installation.

Security and Insurance?

We fully understand the need for building security, that why your inhus is provided with:

• 2 anti tamper devices on every hinge -10 point door locking.
• Yale insurance company approved keyed locking.
  
• All windows are key locking with 6 point shoot bolts.
• 28mm Double glazed sealed units.
• Optional wireless alarm system can be fitted.
