Delivery times for my inhus?

Between 4/6 weeks from date of order and receipt of deposit, depending on current orders.

Do I require planning permission?

Normally no, however check our inhus

planning page to confirm.

How big / small can my inhus be?

inhus garden office is a modular design, changes can be made easily without distracting from the integrity, design and quality.

What kind of base will I need ?

Your inhus now comes complete with base, so our proffessionals installers will handle this on installation.

Electrics?

All inhus garden building models are complete with double sockets, telephone and network cables, you are required to instruct a certified electrician to connect mains input to the inhus exterior junction box.

The installation process?

Your inhus garden office can be fitted within 2 to 5 days, we will require access details and site information this facilitates a trouble free installation.

Security and Insurance?

We fully understand the need for building security, that why your inhus is provided with:

• 2 anti tamper devices on every hinge -10 point door locking.
• Yale insurance company approved keyed locking.
  
• All windows are key locking with 6 point shoot bolts.
• 28mm Double glazed sealed units.
• Optional wireless alarm system can be fitted.

Do the prices include VAT?

No they are exclusive of VAT.

Do inhus deliver to UK, Ireland and mainland Europe?

Yes we do.

Can inhus fit showers, toilets and kitchens?

Yes, if can imagine it we can build it.

Can my inhus come in a size other than the models listed?

Yes, the excellent thing about your inhus is the modular design, by using our 3D Cad Systems we literally can build to any shape or size.

What return will I receive from my inhus?

Having an inhus as a garden office ourselves, we personally had our house valued without the inhus installed, then we installed a 51-38 at a cost of 22,500 pounds, and then we had the house revalued at an uplift of 30,000 pounds. Not bad for a weeks work and the added benefit to potential house purchasers.

Can you deliver into a tight access?

We can build an small or large inhus, almost straight through the house doorways, as long as the front door and rear door are more or less inline.

Do you use contractors?

No, no, no, we only use our own fully trained staff, this elminates the: I need to go home on friday buildings, if the inhus takes longer to complete professionally, then so be it. 

What can I use my inhus for?

Anything that you require it for, leisure, work or play it's up to you.  We have built cinema's, pool rooms, spa's, hobby rooms, offices, bungalows, garden rooms, it your inhus so therefore it's your choice.

How high is the inhus lowline externally?

2490mm.

Is the inhus insulated?

All inhus's are insulated, this can range from 70mm to 200mm celotex high performance foiled backed insulation.

Can I have a Sedum roof?

Yes no problem.

Do you use stainless steel nails on the cladding?

Yes we do, normal nails will rust and cause staining over a short period of time.

Can I have my inhus fitted with extra plugs, sockets etc?

We fit all of the electric's at the factory, so we can fit speaker cables, plasma TV points, sockets and any all extra's the customer require.

Does the Cedar need treating?

Customers choice if you feel you would like the Cedar to keep the original fitted colour then you will need to treat the Cedar, however most people let the Cedar to go naturally silver in colour over time.

Can you guarantee my deposit?

Yes, we are members of the CPA (see link above) and all deposits and warranty is insuranced backed from your original order placement date, giving you the satisfaction that you are dealing with a reputable company.

Does the inhus come complete with flooring?

Yes, depending on model you have, a full choice of laminate flooring, carpet and now tile flooring.

Can inhus install air conditioning?

inhus air conditioning is listed as an option to the standard model range. 

Can I move in straight away afer installation?

Your inhus is ready normally within 5 days of the delivery date, the inhus is a turn-key product including everything: electric's, flooring, decking, decking lighting, outside lighting etc, etc,...

Does the lowline inhus have any internal height restrictions?

No the lowline is unique in this application, it has the same internal height as the standard inhus at 2200mm internal mearsurement (the same as a normal house room).  The lowline is fully insulated to the same high specification as is all other inhus buildings in its class.

Do you do a site visit?

Yes, if the client requires a site visit we do attend accordingly.

What happens if it rains during on site build?

Your inhus is built within a portable workshop as seen in the gallery or on the process web page, this means rain or shine your inhus is protected from the start of build, keeping your inhus wrapped up like a present until the customer sign off.

How do we know the quality of the inhus product?

Can we change the windows and doors?

The customer can replace or change the doors and window positons on placement of your order.

Can you installed extra decking?

Yes, this is normally an option.

I would like an inhus house, can you design and build this?

Yes the size of your inhus is upto you, it can be a small 2.5m x 2.5m to a 3 storey Eco-house.

Are you like a normal builder full of hidden costs?

Certaintly not, we give you a quotation and deliver the product accordingly, because the inhus is factory built we know the final cost before we start the process.

Why should I buy a inhus over your competitors?

What does inhus require from the customer when on site?
