Process - Building your inhus garden office, studio or garden rooms from design to delivery.

Inhus prodcuts go through a 8 stage process, from design to delivery this ensures all inhus products are designed, manufactured, delivered and installed taking every care to deliver a quality inhus building on time every time.

Start to finish process

Process 1: 3D CAD design.Process 1 3D CAD Design.

All inhus products go through a strict 3D design CAD system, this ensures the design is fully completed, before going to the manufacturing plant.

Process 2 Manufacturing.Process 2: Manufacturing.

inhus manufacturing takes every care to produce high quality timber frame panels that correctly make up the inhus finished buildings.  These panels include: interior walls, insulation, electrics and breathable membrane.  This is then cladded in the finest kiln dried Western Red Cedar.

Process 3: Concrete base - New inhus piles.Process 3 Basework.

The concrete base can be supplied by an authorised inhus agent, however if the customer wishes to contact a local builder and install to the  inhus base specifcation then that's also no problem.  inhus now have our own piling system, which can be offered as an alternative system.

Process 4 Transportation.Process 4:  Transport.

All transportation is handled with inhus own vehicles and trailers.

The vehicles and trailers are designed to accomadate one inhus building complete with tools, equipement and canopy.

Process 5: Steel frame / Canopy.Process 5 Canopy.

Due to the uncertainty of the British weather we erect a steel frame around the concrete base.  This is then covered with a purpose designed canopy which guarantess your inhus will be guilt in perefect order.

Process 6 Construction.Process 6: inhus Construction.

The construction of your inhus is assembled to design drawings using 3D CAD, this ensures every panel fits first time, without modification.

The floor base is first , followed by walls, roof, front canopy, windows, doors and flooring.

Process 7: Cladding.Process 7 Cladding.

The canopy and steelwork is removed for cladding, depending on weather.  Your inhus is then cladded in the finest kiln dried Western Red Cedar from Canada.  The attention to detail is essential at this stage, we use over 2000 stainless steels nails, and you can't even see them.

Process 8 Customer handover.Process 8: Customer inspection.

After the cladding is finished we install the decking assembly, trim  your inhus, seal it from the weather and then a hoover and polish and nearly ready to go.

The last thing to finish and the most important one, is the customer sign off and the hand over of your keys to your new stunning inhus building.
