No 1. Planning permission.

90% of inhus builds, do not require planning permission.  inhus specialises in designing and installing our buildings to get around the planning requirements in most cases, the NEW inhus Lowline range comply with the new height requirements by only -10mm giving you the comfort that you won't have any neighbouring problems after installation.

No 2. All weather buildings.

inhus use the highest quality "celotex" foiled backed high performance insulation, inhus buildings are so insulated, that normally the downlight lighting provide enough heat in all weather conditions.

Winter - Spring - Summer -Autumn inhus is an all round building. Hot during the winter and cool during the summer, a perfect working environment.  

No 3. 5 Year insuranced backed warranty.

We feel that we need to offer the customer the peace of mind that
when you buy a inhus you receive a quality approved product that has
met that CPA strict criteria which ensures that we are proffessionals
within our industry.  As a member of the Consumer Protection Association we offer to the customer at no extra cost a Deposit indemnity and insurance Backed Guarantess on all of our work.  inhus also offers 20 years warranty on all inhus roofs.

No 4. Electric's.

inhus unsderstands that you cannot have to many sockets even the smallest inhus model come complete with 10 double sockets, 2 telephone sockets and 2 network sockets, 1 kitchen socket, 2 stainless steel outside lights, 10 led's decking lights and 6/8/10 downlighters as standard.

You can also upgrade to plasma / surround sound wiring for a small additional cost. 

No 5. High security.

inhus security is upmost in the inhus desingers mind, all inhus models are complete with 2 x anti-crowbar devices to the hinged side of the door.  The French doors have a 8 point Yale high security locking lever/bolt locking system. inhus models also have as standard 2 side windows, Yale keyed locking and 6 point macro bolt locking system to each window.    

Alarm systems can be fitted a an additional option.

No 6. Foundations.

inhus basework is installed in less than 4 hours with inhus's own
specialist pile system known as CPC, no need to worry about level land. The CPC sytem keeps your inhus close to ground so that it cannot be seen, unlike other manufactures using a "Slab and adjuster" systems.  With the new planning regulations your building will be measured from the ground 2500mm in total height, and the other systems do not take that into consideration, causing endless planning issues.

No 7. inhus installers.

inhus ony use qualified inhus installers, all installers have been through training courses for all aspects of build: Roofing, Glazing, Electric's, Networking and Carpentry.  We do not use "casual labour" when we get busy or "sub contractors" at any stage of your build process as this only causes long term warranty issues which might not be apparent on your building sign off.  inhus also never completes a so called "Friday" building, if your building isn't finished on Friday then we come back on Monday. 

No 8. Recomendations.

inhus customers become our best sales force, we even paid them 5% commission for a referral that turns into an order.  That's a minimum of £400 per confirmed order lead.  We constantly have letters of recomenations and many customers are happy to talk to you personally about inhus and the professional way there own inhus was installed and completed with absolute commitment and attention to the smallest detail.

No 9. Finest cedar.

inhus use the finest Canadian cedar the techincal term is "Grade 2 clear, kiln dried western red Canadian Cedar" this is best best cedar you can get our competitors use "green" cedar which is wet when machined, whilst this seems little diffence in terms of finished look its massive, 6 months after your installed product the "green" cedar looks "tatty" and tired, however the "kiln dried" cedar always looks as good as new.   We also use 2000 stainless steel nails per inhus, which will never rust.

No 10. Price promise.

inhus feels that as standard specification is higher than any competitor, decking lighting, outside stainless steel up/down lights, 8 double sockets as a minimum, kitchen sockets, decking, telephone / networks sockets, roof, floor and walls to building regulations insulation and 8 downlights etc, etc,... However we will still beat any price like for like specification from any supplier you wish to supply.  Please remember that inhus will make your own inhus to your own specification if required.
